By accessing or using the Freight Country platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Freight Country operates an online freight marketplace that connects shippers who need to move goods ("Shippers") with carriers who provide transportation services ("Carriers"). We are not a freight broker, carrier, or shipper, and we do not take possession of any freight at any time.
To access the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Carriers must complete our verification process, including submission of USDOT/MC number, insurance documentation, and other required credentials. Freight Country reserves the right to deny or revoke access at its sole discretion.
Account holders may create sub-accounts for authorized team members. The primary account holder is responsible for all activity under their account, including activity by sub-users.
Shippers may post loads on the Platform. Carriers may submit bids on available loads. All bids and acceptances constitute binding agreements between the Shipper and Carrier. Freight Country is not a party to these agreements.
Payment processing is facilitated through Freight Country's integrated payment systems. By using our payment features, you agree to the terms of our payment processors (Stripe and Cardknox). Freight Country may hold funds in escrow until delivery confirmation. All fees are disclosed prior to transaction completion.
All Carriers must maintain minimum insurance coverage as required by federal and state law, and as specified by Freight Country policy. Current minimums include Auto Liability and Cargo coverage. Freight Country verifies but does not guarantee the accuracy of insurance information provided.
Freight Country provides the Platform "as is" and is not liable for any damages arising from transactions between Shippers and Carriers, delays, losses, or damages to freight, or interruptions in service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action waivers apply.
Freight Country reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
