When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and business credentials (USDOT, MC number, tax ID). For carriers, we also collect insurance documentation and driver license information for verification purposes.
We collect data about loads posted, bids placed, orders completed, payment transactions, and delivery confirmations on the Platform.
With your permission, we collect GPS location data from driver devices during active orders for real-time tracking functionality. This data is accessible to the relevant Shipper during an active order only.
We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, and device information.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
Company name, contact information, ratings, and insurance status may be shared between Shippers and Carriers as necessary to complete transactions.
We share data with trusted third-party providers including Stripe and Cardknox (payments), Firebase (notifications), and AWS (cloud storage), under strict data processing agreements.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a period of 7 years thereafter for legal and regulatory compliance. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years. Location data from completed orders is retained for 90 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular security audits. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use strong passwords and enable 2FA on your account.
